CPP was established to assist members in addressing changes in the healthcare system that affect the business of medicine. CPP has played a significant role in advocating for legislation supporting physicians. Through AAP lobbyists and direct contact with legislators, CPP has addressed inequities with Managed Care Organizations and Medicaid/Medicare reform.
